PROGRAM DELIVERY
We record our sessions using audio and video equipment to enhance your learning experience. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us. If you have any objections to being recorded, please let us know before or during the course.
Please note that participants are not permitted to record video/audio during the sessions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of participation without refund. If any unauthorized recordings are found, you must destroy them and cover any resulting losses.

PROGRAM ADMISSION
We carefully select participants who we believe will positively contribute to the learning environment. If our trainers feel someone may disrupt or negatively impact the experience for others, we reserve the right to decline their admission.
Participants must be at least 13 years old to attend. If someone is under 18, we require written consent from their Parents/Guardian.

Admission to our programs is at the discretion of Anand Mallik Academy.

RESCHEDULE OR CANCELLATION

Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control may require us to reschedule a program. In such cases, you can choose to receive a full refund or postpone your participation without extra charges, subject to availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability to you in any situation, including breaches of this agreement, is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, even if we were aware of the possibility.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Participants can request to postpone or advance their batch up to 30 days before the scheduled program, subject to seat availability in the requested batch.
If there’s a difference in pricing between the enrolled and requested batch, participants will be responsible for any increase in cost.
Failure to attend the enrolled batch or not showing up for the course will result in no refund, and the paid amount cannot be used for another batch.
In genuine emergency cases beyond the participant’s control, partial or full refunds may be considered by Anand Mallik Academy.
If a participant misses training on any day, the missed days can be rescheduled for another batch, with full fees applicable for those days.
Participants missing a day during the course won’t be eligible for certification. They’ll need to attend another batch from the missed day onwards to be eligible.
Anand Mallik Academy reserves the right to make exceptions to the postponement and cancellation policy on an individual basis.
Anand Mallik Academy may cancel a participant’s course participation due to misconduct, with no refund provided under such circumstances.
Requests for exceptions to the policy can be made to Anand Mallik Academy, whose decision will be final.

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Anand Mallik Academy, along with reasons for the request.
Refunds are solely at the discretion of Anand Mallik Academy, and their decision is final.
Clients have a 7-day free-look period from the date of token deposit to withdraw from the program. Refunds for the token deposit will only be processed after a 30-day period.
No refunds will be issued once the free-look period has ended.
Refunds will not be provided once the delivery of any service has commenced.
Upon approval of a refund, clients must complete and sign a refund acknowledgment form, which must be couriered to Anand Mallik Academy.
Expenses incurred by the client, such as travel, food, stay, and applicable taxes, will not be included in the refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT

Any Intellectual Property Rights resulting from this Agreement become the sole property of Anand Mallik Academy.
Course materials provided by Anand Mallik Academy are copyrighted unless otherwise stated.
Learners receive course materials for personal use only.
